WAC 110-300-0106 (11) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in Merit that M.G., E.V., M.A., A.L,and A.G. who are counted in ratio are missing their CPR and First aid trainings. this licensor also observed that T.S. is missing his first aid training and is counted in raio as well. WAC 110-300-0106(12) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in Merit that B.C, M.G, D.J, E.V, M.A, and A.L are missing their food handlers cards and were serving food to children. WAC 110-300-0106(3) During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed in Merit that M.G., T.S., E.V, A.L, D,J, A.G., and T.W. are missing their child care basics training and working with children unsupervised.
